The yummiest plant- based, high protein breakfast that only takes 5 minutes to make!

INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup red onion roughly chopped (approximately half a red onion)
1/2 cup roughly chopped pickles
1/3 cup vegan mayo
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/2 cup loosely packed dill
1 tsp tamari
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency (I like to pulse 4-5 times so chickpea mixture is still slightly chunky)
Spread on avocado toast, top with fresh dill, sprouts or micro greens! Enjoy!
