3 ingredients, simple, easy and so delicious!

Serves 2-4


1 package extra-firm tofu

2 tablespoons tamari

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with a silipat mat or parchment paper. Press tofu while oven is preheating for 15-20 minutes to drain excess liquid.

Cut tofu into even cubes. In a large bowl add tamari and toss tofu until evenly coated. Add nutritional yeast and toss again making sure both sides are coated. Arrange tofu on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Enjoy!
